To
graduate in the BACHELOR OF ARTS AND SCIENCES a student must complete at
least 120 credit hours of study. These 120 credit hours consist of 60 credit
hours of Core Curriculum, 40 credit hours of study in Major field and 20
credit hours of study in Minor field. First
Year
1st and 2nd Semester—Students normally take ten 100 level courses
(100—199) of 3 credit hours each. (30 credit hours: 15 credit hours
per semester).
Second Year
3rd and 4th Semester—Students normally take ten 200 level courses
(200—299) of 3 credit hours each (30 credit hours: 15 credit hours
per semester).
Third Year
5th and 6th Semester—Students normally take ten 300 level courses
(300—399) of 3 credit hours each (30 credit hours: 15 credit hours
per semester)
Fourth Year
7th and 8th Semester—Students normally take ten 400 level courses
(400—499) of 3 credit hours each (30 credit hours: 15 credit hours
per semester).
In certain circumstances students may be allowed to take a minimum
of 9 credit hours or a maximum of 18 credit hours. Permission is required
for any such provision. |
